I’m a Certified Trauma-Trained Somatic Practitioner with a decade of experience in entrepreneurship building two six-figure online businesses, & 15 years’ experience as a writer, editor, book coach, & educator.
I’ve spent my entire career helping creative women reclaim their fullest, most empowered self-expression & leadership.
What I’ve discovered: Your potential isn’t something to chase. It’s already within you—buried under beliefs & behaviours that were never yours to begin with. To reclaim it, you must return to the place you’ve been taught to fear most: your brilliant body.
My coaching combines Somatic Experiencing, Jungian psychology, polyvagal (nervous system) theory, & IFS/parts work, which allow us to speak the body’s language & inhabit the mystical dimensions from which our deepest truths emerge.
